K2 Plastics Returns Policy

At K2 Plastics, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with all of our products. However, if you need to return an item, the following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Standard Returns:
    All standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

  2. Restocking Charge:
    Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Bespoke/Custom-Made Items:
    Products that are custom-made to your specifications, including but not limited to windows and doors, are non-returnable. These bespoke items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

  4. Damaged or Defective Goods:
    In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  5. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

  6. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  7. Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, subject to the 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
