Delivery Services
We offer delivery services within the Merseyside Area, ensuring your products reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Our standard delivery includes:
- Coverage Area: We deliver within the Merseyside region.
- Delivery Fee: There is no charge for deliveries within the Merseyside Area over £200. Deliveries to areas outside of Merseyside will incur additional charges, which will vary based on the distance from our store. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
Delivery Times
- We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The specific delivery schedule will be confirmed upon placing your order.
Important Information
- All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. For some trade accounts we may offer cash-on-delivery options.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
Collection Services
For customers who prefer to collect their orders, we offer a convenient collection option from our store.
How It Works
- Order Cut-off Time: To ensure your order is ready for collection, please place your order before 12:00 PM (midday) on the day prior to your preferred collection date.
- Collection Location: All collections are made from our store at K2 Plastics.
- Collection Hours: Collections can be made between 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Payment Terms
- As with deliveries, all collection orders must be paid for in full prior to release. We accept payments via Bank Transfer on Request.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or phone. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when collecting.
