Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. However, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Bespoke items, such as custom windows and doors, are non-returnable.

4. How do I start a return?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to request a Return. Returns without a valid receipt will not be accepted. The return delivery cost will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. What happens if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Be sure to keep the original packaging and provide photographs of the damage if possible.

Delivery times vary based on the product ordered and your location. Standard items typically are delivered 1-3 working days. Custom-made products like windows and doors may take longer, depending on the complexity of the order (Roughly 2-3 Weeks). Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or once confirmation is received.

K2 Plastics offer installation services only on windows and doors purchased through ourselves, but we can recommend trusted local installers who specialize in fitting our products.
